Gideon and Reggie

Just in case you forgot what Gideon and Reggie looks like here is a picture of the .... Gideon is the oldest and Reggie is younger... They look like the both came from the same litter but, they have different types of fur.... They are so sweet as well as love able... Gizmo is about the same age as Reggie ..... :)

Gizmo

Gizmo came to live with my sister and I about 3 1/2 weeks ago.... Gizmo belongs to my niece ..... She could not keep him at her house so we adopted him..... With Reggie and Gideon already here, it has been a few weeks of adjustment for them all to get along....... Check out the size of the paws and the size of Gizmo...... So much fur...... But, you can't help but love him.... :)

I just love his face.... Gizmo does not like to have his picture taken.... He would either blink or turn his head..... But, he is a very love able cat.....They are all getting along better and they all have their own spots in where they sleep..... Thanks for stopping at my blog and keep on quilting..... :)

Taylor's Quilt

This is the quilt that I made for Taylor....she is my son's girlfriends daughter......Her room is decorated in butterflies.... I am sure she will like this quilt... She will be getting it for Christmas.... :)
This is a closer shot of the quilt... The pattern is called "X Block"....The pattern looks like lots of pinwheels..... The material has pink, blue, yellow, green, purple and yellow butterflies on it... also it has a glitter all over it... The white material has polka dots that match the other material.... If you click on the picture you can get a closer look... But, you might not be able to see the glitter on it....This was a quick pattern and easy to put together.... :)

Again, I machine quilted this quilt.... I have been on a crunch to get three quilts done for Christmas.... Now, I am working on the third quilt.... You remember the Red Work of Snowmen I was working on.... Well the top is almost finished.... I will be posting it in a week or two.... Thanks for stopping ..... And have a great day.... :)

Harley Museum

This is my sister son-in-law John.... John does own a Harley but, he enjoyed to be able to sit on this old bike.... John, Keith and Matt all enjoyed the museum......:)
The Picture above is me sitting on one of the newer bikes that you are allowed to sit on in the museum.... I think this is soooo cool.... but, I would never drive one, I am too scared and too old to own one.... But, if I could find a person who drives one then I would go for a ride ... I just love the sounds of a Harley.... Debbie, Lisa and I sorta found it a little boring, because it was the whole history of all the bikes Harley has ever made and we felt is was a "Boy Thing" .... None off us girls has ever been there and we wanted to see what it was all about..... :)

My son (Keith) came to Wisconsin to visit.... Keith was here for a week and I really am enjoying his visit.... While he was here he spent some quality time with his cousin Matthew and Lisa and John....He is such a great son.... I will hate to see him go home to Connecticut on Wednesday ..... I will be there in October to see him and my Grandson then to the Cape for a visit will my quilting friends and my Best friend....:)

Mini Mack's Quilt

This is a picture of the quilt I made for the Baby Shower.... The picture above shows the label I made and the material on back is flannel with white paw prints.... The baby's room is decorated with puppies, cars, trains and buses but, mostly puppies..... I hand quilted the little trains in the border as well as the whole quilt.... the red binding has prints of trains on it.... I also added the red material next to the blur check material.... It was not included in the kit.... It was a very easy project due to the fact that the center is a panel.... Lisa loved it and she figured that she would of gotten a quilt for the Baby Shower....:)

Baby Shower Cake

We had the Baby shower for my niece of Sunday...The pictures is of the cake my sister made.... Debbie made the cradle last month so it would dry and easy to handle.... The cradle is very fragile to handle.... If you click on the picture you can see all the details easier....Debbie does a professional job and everyone at the shower were in aaahhh...... In the cradle is netting with M&M's , and on the M&M I had "Mini Mack" put on them....That is what we called the baby since Lisa got pregnant.... It is because their last name sounds like Mack...... The Baby Boy is due on October 1st......I just had to post these pictures so you could see what a wonderful job Debbie did on the cake..... :)

Last of The Red Work Blocks

The two pictures are of the last of the Red Works blocks....... The next time you see them is when the blocks are in the quilt....... I have picked out the material that I am going to use, now I have to cut the material and get it ready to assemble....... Then this will be done and ready for Christmas to give....... I think I will make it for Christmas....... It was a lot of work but I enjoyed doing this project.... I want to do another embroidering project...but, it will have to wait until I get all of my Christmas projects done.... Thanks for stopping by my Blog and have a great day... Remember to keep quilting... :)
