Christmas Eve

This wall hanging is called "Christmas Eve"... I finished it yesterday.... I did the stitchery back in December 2009... I was not sure what I was going to do with it so I put is aside.... I am happy now that it is finished.... I have a perfect spot for it in my living room... If you click on the picture you can get a better look at the stitchery... Hug :)

"Pete and Joey"

These two boys came to live with me on Nov. 24th... I adopted them from the "Brewster Rescue League"... The first picture is Pete and he is 4 years old ... He loves to be out of the cage... The second one is Joey aka. Jojo... He is 9 years old and a little shy... He just loves his cage... I can't have a cat or a dog because I rent... These boys sure do keep me company.... Hugs :)

Saturday Sewing Socity

Here are some of the quilts that the ladies at our "Saturday Sewing Society" had made when we met this month... The first picture is Katy's pocketbook... The second picture is Lynn's quilt she made for her grandson...I forgot who made the Red Sox quilt but it is beautiful... The logo is fleese... Stella made the next wall hanging... I also forgot who made the last quilt... We had so much fun and lots of laughts and sharring idea's.... We meet once a month... Great job ladies and you will see what I was doing later on when it is finished... I am just about there... Hugs :)

Jacob's 9th Birthday

Last weekend I went to CT to celebrate Jacob (my grandson) 9th Birthday... After pizza and grinders Jacob opened his gifts... I also added a picture of his dog (Kyle) who was excited to see so many people in his house.... Jacob's birthday is the 5th of November, but because of the snow storm they had to delay til last weekend... Yes, that is a picture of me and Jacob than one of my son (Keith), Jacob and me... I just take awful pictures... The last picture is Jacob in his Halloween costume... He wanted to show what he would be if there was a Halloween... Halloween was canceled because of the storm and no power for 9 days.. So, Keith, Jacob and Jacob's mom got together with another family.... They had their kids get in there costumes and then the parents hid in the bedrooms with candles by the door and in the room... Each child knocked on the bedroom door and said "Trick or Treat" and they would get candy from each parent... Not bad thinking because of no power and a snow storm outside.... All had a great time at the party and on Halloween... Hugs :)

"A Quilter's Gathering" Quilt Show

Hi all ... I went to "A Quilter's Gathering" quilt show in Nashua, New Hampshire on Friday... They had a lot of quilts and wonderful vendors... Next year they will hold their quilt show in Manchester, New Hampshire... They will be changing their location because they do not have enough space for all the vendors... It was a little cramped for their space.... I took a lot of picture but I will only post some outstanding quilts.... Happy 9th Birthday Jacob

Here is my Grandson ( Jacob) who turned 9 today... His father has power back and had Jacob and his dog stay with him... My son gave Jacob his breakfest in bed... How lucky is that....I have never had breakfast in bed except if I was in the hospital....lol .... HAPPY BIRTHDAY Jacob... Grandma loves you lots:)
